Ingredients to make Bajra Wheat Ragi and Besan Laddu( kids recipe)

  • wheat and Ragi Roties 2
  • bajra Roti 1
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tsp
  • jaggery 2 tbsp grated ( according to taste )
  • Roasted sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted grated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Roasted ground peanuts 1 tbsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp ( enough to make laddus )
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

How to make Bajra Wheat Ragi and Besan Laddu( kids recipe)

  1. Grind all Roties . Take out in microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Add roasted gram flour.
  3. Add all ingredients except ghee and jaggery and mix well.
  4. Heat ghee in a small pan. Add grated Jaggery, turn off the gas.
  5. Stir a little to melt and fold in Roti mix.
  6. Form laddu of a desired size. ( according to age of your kid. So that he can finish one at a time )

My Tip:

If you don't have Ragi roti , add roasted Ragi flour. You can also add ground dry fruits to enhance protein value.
