Mango Jalapeno Taco Sauce

Ingredients to make Mango Jalapeno Taco Sauce

  • mango 1 smallish peeled, stoned and cubed
  • Jalapeno 1 medium stalks removed and minced
  • cilantro leaves 2 tbsp chopped finely
  • cumin Powder ½ Tsp
  • garlic powder ½ tsp
  • onion powder 1 tsp
  • Pimento powder ½ tsp ( see notes)
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Mango Jalapeno Taco Sauce

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high power blender and blend till smooth.
  2. Add about 2 tbsp water if you find the sauce too thick.
  3. Use as a dip or in place of regular taco sauce for a new taste.
  4. Consume within three days. Refrigerate after blending

My Tip:

Use regular chili powder in place of Pimento in case you dont have any.
