Ingredients to make French Milky Toast With Apple Caramalised In Jaggery

  • wheat bread slices-4
  • Milk-1bowl
  • sugar- 4 to-5 teaspoons
  • raisins-10-12
  • cardamom seeds-1
  • apple-1 chopped
  • almond candies
  • jaggery 4-5pieces
  • ghee
  • Wate 4-5 tbsp

How to make French Milky Toast With Apple Caramalised In Jaggery

  1. Cut bread slices in a triangle
  2. Now take milk in a bowl and add cardamom seeds
  3. Now add raisins chopped and mix well
  4. Now add sugar and mix well
  5. Now dip each slice one by one in this milk mixture and roast with ghee from both the sides in a pan
  6. Now heat little quantity of ghee in a pan and add apples and saute them
  7. Now add jaggery pieces and some water and mix well
  8. Let the jaggery melt and coat the apples
  9. Now arrange the bread pieces in a serving plate
  10. Pour caramalised apple and garnish with raisins and almond candies.

My Tip:

I have used jaggery instead of sugar
