Breakfast Trifle

Ingredients to make Breakfast Trifle

  • yogurt 2 cup
  • Crush corn flakes /oats 2 cup
  • honey 4 tbsp
  • Mixed fruit 1 tin
  • apple 1
  • Garnish with sour cream and mint leaves

How to make Breakfast Trifle

  1. Grate 1/2 an apple in a bowl.
  2. Add chilled yogurt and honey and mix well.
  3. Drain and place the mixed fruits in another bowl.
  4. Put cornflakes /oats in short stemmed glasses. Add apple yogurt mixture
  5. Place the mixed fruits over the yogurt and serve.
  6. Garnish with mint leaves and sour cream.
