Oats Pomegranate Chocolate Bites

Ingredients to make Oats Pomegranate Chocolate Bites

  • wheat flour 2 cup
  • Oats 1/2 cup
  • sugar 2 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • Melted ghee 1/2 cup or more
  • pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • Melted dark chocolate 1and 1/2 cup

How to make Oats Pomegranate Chocolate Bites

  1. In a nonstick pan Dry roast oats and wheat flour separately on low flame.
  2. Then make a fine or coarse powder of oats and nuts in a mixie jar.
  3. Take a bowl add roasted wheat flour,oats powder and sugar .
  4. Add ghee and mix it well.
  5. Take a mould whichever you like.I used heart shape mould for this. Now spread some wheat flour mixture into mould and press it .
  6. Keep it aside for setting. You can also keep it in the freezer . It takes hardly 1 or 2 minutes.
  7. Now spread some melted dark chocolate over set wheat flour. And it's time to spread some pomegranate seeds also.
  8. Again keep it aside for setting. It takes 1 minute in freeze and 5 minutes in room temperature.
  9. Now de-mould it in a serving plate
  10. Enjoy

My Tip:

You can also use oats biscuits in place of wheat flour. We can also store it for few days without pomegranate. Also, add some cardamom powder in wheat flour mixture.
