Ingredients to make Layered Trifle Pudding Mousse

  • Fresh fruits or seasonal fruits of choice 2 cups
  • coconut Milk 1 Cup
  • Condensed milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream or whipping cream 200 ml.
  • Fresh cream 1 cup

How to make Layered Trifle Pudding Mousse

  1. First layer is that of fruits of your choice and fresh cream.
  2. Mix fresh cream about 1 tablespoon each with these fruits.
  3. Second layer is that of coconut milk and condensed milk.
  4. Mix two tablespoon each and pour on the fruity layer.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until little firm.
  6. The topmost layer is that of fruits with whipped cream.
  7. Add sugar in the first layer if desired. Can add more or less according to your liking.
  8. Give a gap of atleast 10 minutes before you do the other layers and refrigerate it after every layer.
  9. Serve this chilled with a fresh hint of mint on top.
