Ingredients to make Punjabi Kadhi With Healhy Tadka

  • curd 1 cup
  • besan 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup vegetables chopped (Beans carrots cauliflower potato )
  • onion 1small
  • salt to taste
  • green chilly 1
  • haldi 1 tsp
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • hing 1 pinch
  • Garam masala1/2 tsp
  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • dhania powder 1/2 teaspoon

How to make Punjabi Kadhi With Healhy Tadka

  1. Take a kadahi . Now put 2 tsp mustard oil in. Heat it. when its change its colour put chopped onion and ginger in it. Fry it till become golden.
  2. Then put all the chopped vegetables in it and stir fry. When Vegetables become soft, lower the heat.
  3. In a blender put curd, besan and rest of the ingredients. Blend it and add hing.
  4. Put 2 glasses of water to it and keep mixing until it boils. Lower the heat and let it cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle some green coriander on it. Serve hot with rice or chapatti

My Tip:

There must be no lumps in besan and curd mixture. After pouring curd mixture keep stirring it until it boils
