I saw this recipe somewhere and thought it was too difficult and not my cup of tea. But I got down to making it and was on cloud nine when the outcome was fantastic. We all loved it

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Pomegranate -1
  2. Mango-1
  3. apple-1
  4. Sugar-150grams
  5. Vanilla custard-more than 1/4 cup
  6. Full Cream Milk-1 liter
  7. Balloon-1 big birthday balloon
  8. Water-to fill balloon

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan but keep 3/4 cup cold milk for later use.
  2. Add custard powder in cold milk. Make sure there are no lumps
  3. When milk starts boiling add custard batter. keep stirring.
  4. Add sugar and cook for 8-9 minutes until it becomes thick.
  5. Peel and cut fruits and add chopped fruits in custard when custard gets cold.
  6. Keep custard in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours before keeping it in ice drop.
  7. Fill water in balloon and keep it in freezer overnight
  8. In the morning, cut the balloon with knife.Water drop is ready.
  9. Make a hole in water drop with the flame of a candle .
  10. Put bowls of custard in ice drop. Your amazing custard in ice drop is ready
