Ingredients to make Chocolate Biscuit (Hide and seek taste)

  • Milk Powder - 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped raisins - 1 cup
  • Finely chopped cashews - 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped almonds - 1/4 cup
  • powdered sugar - 3/4 cup
  • Low fat cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tbsp

How to make Chocolate Biscuit (Hide and seek taste)

  1. Mix all the ingredients except vanilla essence and butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat a kadai. Add butter. Once it melts add the ingredients in the mixing bowl and saute for 2 minutes on a low flame.
  3. Add vanilla essence and just saute for a minute. Switch off the flame.
  4. Take a greased tray and spread the mixture and freeze it for 2 hours.
  5. Cut into desired shapes.

My Tip:

Always keep the flame low for this dish. If butter is very smoky and hot after melting, then switch off the flame and add the ingredients after cooling.
