Ingredients to make Cannoli With Amrakhanda.

  • For cannoli
  • 1 cup all pupose flour
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • oil for frying
  • For Amrakhanda
  • Fresh yogurt 3cups
  • Mangoes 2
  • sugar powered 1/2cup

How to make Cannoli With Amrakhanda.

  1. For making cannoli
  2. Put the flour,sugar,butter,vinegar,egg,cinnamon,salt in the bowl.Mix properly and make dough.
  3. Let it stand for 30 mins.
  4. Make a small ball, and roll like a puri and wrap it around cylinder shaped steel pipe
  5. Close it properly with (flour and water glue).fry in the oil on low heat. And store them in an airtight container after cool down.
  6. For Amrakhanda
  7. Place yogurt in a muslin cloth and keep it in abowl to collect whey for around 5 hours in the refrigerator.
  8. Blend the Mango pulp to a smooth puree.
  9. Take the strained yoghurt in a bowl and add sugar mix well.Add the mango pulp mix again.
  10. Take a plastic bag with Amrakhanda.use big star tip and fill up the cannolies from either side.
  11. You can use readymade Amarakhand also

My Tip:

You can skip egg in this recipe and replace with 1 tsp baking powder.
