Grapes Potato Bhaji

Ingredients to make Grapes Potato Bhaji

  • Baby potatoes 6
  • onions 6
  • tomatoes 2 medium
  • Black grapes 1 cup
  • Sweet potatoes 1/3 cup
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper 4 to 6
  • Green cardamom 1
  • salt as per taste
  • chilli powder 2 tsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp +1/2 tsp mustard oil

How to make Grapes Potato Bhaji

  1. Wash potatoes without peeling them.Cut them lengthwise 3/4 th to the top.
  2. Same cut the onions same way
  3. Arrange potatoes and onions in the thick bottom pan.
  4. Next arrange chopped sweet potato.
  5. In a bowl mix chopped tomatoes,red chilli powder,turmeric,black pepper and cardamon powder,salt and chopped coriander.
  6. After 5 minutes pour tomato mixture in the pan.
  7. Pour oil.
  8. Next arrange grapes all over.
  9. Close the lid and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on low heat
  10. Mix all ingredients. cook till done
  11. Serve with rice or roti.

My Tip:

You can make this dish with other fruits like plums,green apple or pinapple.
