Fresh Fruit Trifle Pudding

Ingredients to make Fresh Fruit Trifle Pudding

  • 250 grams eggless sponge cake
  • 2 to 2 1/2 cup chopped mix fruits(apple, mango, papaya, banana, chikoo, pomegranate, avoid citrus fruits)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons custard powder
  • 3 tablespoons warm milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 7. 4 tablespoon any fruit juice/pulp
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4th teaspoon vanilla essence(optional)
  • Plain vanilla ice cream(optional)
  • Chocolate chips(optional)

How to make Fresh Fruit Trifle Pudding

  1. warm 3 tablespoon milk and add 3 tablespoon custard powder in it.keep this paste aside.
  2. dissolve the custard powder, there should be no lumps.
  3. stir and heat 1 1/2 cup milk +sugar solution on a medium flame, add custard paste into it and stir continuously until it thickens.cool it to room temperature.
  4. take 1/2cup chilled whipping cream, add 1/4th teaspoon vanilla essence
  5. .slice and chop the fruits . don't take citrus fruits.
  6. take 250 gms eggless sponge cake and cut into small cubes.
  7. Now line serving bowl with a portion of cake, then with fruit pulp/juice, then chopped fruits, custard and chilled whipped cream
  8. Repeat till ingredients are over
  9. decorate with chocolate chips(optional).
  10. cool in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  11. Serve

My Tip:

Do not use citrus fruits and melons.
