Custard Fruit Phirni

Ingredients to make Custard Fruit Phirni

  • Custard 4 tsp
  • Left boiled Rice 1/4 cup (mashed)
  • Corn flour 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Fruits - (1 banana and 1 apple chopped)
  • For decoration-
  • Strawberry syrup 2tsp
  • Mint leaves

How to make Custard Fruit Phirni

  1. Keep a cup of milk aside and boil remaining milk. mix the custard powder in one cup milk kept aside. once the milk is boiled add in the custard milk then add boiled rice paste and add sugar and corn flour into it
  2. Keep stirring till it becomes thick then remove from the gas. Keep it to cool
  3. Add chopped fruits set in the phirni bowl then refrigerate it for an hour
  4. The custard further thickens on cooling
  5. Decorate it with fruits , strawberry syrup and mint leaves and oranges
