Refined flour- 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 2tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Milk 3/4 cup
Olive oil 3/4 cup

Instructions

In a bowl sift the flour and cocoa powder and baking powder, sugar and mix well.
In another bowl break and whisk the eggs well. And the mixture to the dry flour mix and blend well so that no lumps are left . Grease a non - stick vessel with little oil and transfer the cake mix and seal the top with Almunium foil.
Preheat the oven at 170 C and put set timer to 25 mins. Bake till brown
Allow it to cool and remove the cake from the pan. Make the strawberry flavoured icing and decorate the cake
