Ingredients to make Coconut Milk Pudding With Oat Crackers

  • For coconut milk pudding -
  • 2 tbsp agar agar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup coconut Milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Condensed Milk
  • For oats cracker -
  • 1/4 cup oats plus
  • 1/4 cup wheat flour
  • 3 tbsp cream or milk
  • 4 tsp powder sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • water as required
  • For Chocolate ganache-
  • 2 tbsp dark Chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • For jam sauce -
  • 2 tbsp mix fruit jam
  • 1 tbsp cream
  • 1 tsp oat flour
  • For garnish-
  • parsley or mint leaves
  • rose petals
  • Oats chikki
  • Spun sugar design

How to make Coconut Milk Pudding With Oat Crackers

  1. Coconut milk Pudding- Soak the agar agar in water for 1/2 an hour. Now put it on low flame and stir continuously till it dissolve completely.
  2. Heat a pan add coconut milk, sugar and condensed milk, when it come to boil, add agar agar water to it. Mix well.
  3. Pour in silicon mould and keep in fridge for 2 hours or till it set.
  4. Oats Cracker- Take a bowl add all the ingredients of cracker and knead into a normal dough by adding water little at a time. Keep aside for 15 mins.
  5. Now roll it into chapati and cut into different shapes with the help of cookie cutter.
  6. Now place it in air frier to cook at 170° for 4-5 mins ( both sides).
  7. For chocolate gnash Heat the cream in a bowl, add grated chocolate and mix well. Pour it in piping bag.
  8. For jam sauce Heat the jam in microwave for 10-20 seconds, add 1 tbsp cream and 1tsp oat flour, mix well and pour in piping bag.
  9. Garnish your oats cracker with jam sauce and Chocolate gnash.
  10. Place everything in serving plate and garnish according to your choice.

My Tip:

Let the pudding set for minimum 2 hours.
