Ingredients to make Gobi Manchurian

  • cauliflower 1
  • Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  • All purpose flour 2 teaspoon
  • chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • onions 2
  • lemon Juice 1 Spoon
  • Soya sauce 2 spoon
  • tomato sauce 2 teaspoon
  • 2 tablespoons

How to make Gobi Manchurian

  1. Cut the florets and blanch it.
  2. In a bowl take corn flour, all purpose flour, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and mix it well.
  3. Dip the florets in this batter and deep fry them
  4. In a pan heat oil. Add onions and fry them well. Then add tomato and soy sauce, lemon juice and salt and stir it well.
  5. Take one spoon corn flour and make a thin batter. Add it to the pan and stir well for a min.
  6. Atlast add deep fried florets to pan and cook it for few mins
  7. Serve hot
