Ingredients to make Corn Capsicum Bhaji Pav

  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onions 1 cup
  • ginger- garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1tbsp pavbhaji masala
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 bowl coriander
  • Cheese
  • butter to apply on pav

How to make Corn Capsicum Bhaji Pav

  1. In a pan add oil.In the oil add onion, ginger garlic paste.Saute it till onion is transparent.
  2. Now add tomatoes, capsicum&cooked corn to it.
  3. Now put chilly powder, pav bhaji masala, salt & put a 1/2 cup water in it & close it with a lid.
  4. Let all the above things cook for 3 mins.add coriander to it.
  5. Cut the pav from the middle & apply butter on both the sides. Stuff pav bhaji in it. Grate cheese on it & put it on the pan for 2 minutes and serve hot
