Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups sprouts
  2. 4tsp fried peanuts
  3. 1 medium sized onion chopped
  4. 2 green chilli chopped
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp oil
  7. 4 tsp finely chopped carrots
  8. 3 tsp tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. take a kadai. Add oil. when oil gets heated, add chopped onion, chopped carrot ,chilli, peanuts and salt.
  2. Saute for a minute and then add sprouts
  3. Stir again for a min, add sauce and serve
