Ingredients to make Malai Paneer

  • paneer 1cup crumbled
  • onion 2
  • ginger 1/2 inch
  • tomato 2
  • salt to taste
  • red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  • haldi 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • jeera 1/2 tsp
  • dhania 1/2 tsp
  • malai 3 tsp

How to make Malai Paneer

  1. Cut onions into small pieces. Cut ginger and green chillies into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a kadhai. when it is hot put jeera, hing and dhania in it. When it crackles put onions ginger and green chillies in it. Saute it.

  4. When pinkish, put chopped tomatoes and saute it. Put salt red chilly powder and haldi into it. Add crumbled paneer. Mix it. Cook it for 5 minutes. Then put 3 tsp of malai in it cook for 1 minute. It's ready. Garnish with green coriander. Serve hot

My Tip:

Do not fry onions too much. The colour of the onions should become pinkish. If do not have malai you can use fresh cream
