Ingredients to make Low Calorie Stir fried Veggies

  • Broccoli florets 1 cup
  • carrot 1 big ( 250 grams )
  • mushrooms 1 pack
  • Green , Yellow and Red capsicum cut into Stripes 1 cup
  • spring onions Chopped fresh 1 cup
  • Baby corn 1 pack
  • Fresh garlic ( green) chopped 1 tbsp
  • garlic crushed 1 tsp
  • Mix Sprouts 1/2 cup
  • Olive oil 2 tsp / butter
  • Salt , pepper to taste
  • parsley 1 tbsp
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 tbsp
  • Low Calorie butter 1/2 to 1 tsp
  • lime juice 1 tsp

How to make Low Calorie Stir fried Veggies

  1. Heat oil in a big Pan.
  2. Add Garlic crushed, saute till brown. Add Sprouts.
  3. Start cutting and adding veggies. Add those vegetables first that release water on cooking
  4. Stir fry on medium to high flame .
  5. Add salt , pepper, and Saute for 4 to 5 minutes maximum. If veggies dry up, sprinkle some water
  6. Add butter and herbs. Serve adding 1/2 tsp lemon juice.

My Tip:

You can add Boiled Chicken pieces or boiled eggs also
