Chocolate Raspberry Tarts

Ingredients to make Chocolate Raspberry Tarts

  • 300 gm oreo biscuits
  • 100 gm butter
  • 300 ml double cream
  • 300 gm dark chocolate
  • Few strawberries or raspberries

How to make Chocolate Raspberry Tarts

  1. Grind biscuits in a mixer to make a fine powder.
  2. Add melted butter to the oreo powder and mix well.
  3. Make a base of oreo and butter mix in a 12 cup muffin tray
  4. Freeze it for 10 minutes.
  5. In a double boiler add cream and chocolate and mix well.
  6. Pour this Chocolate on base of oreo powder and garnish with strawberries or raspberries and freeze for 20 minutes.
  7. Your no bake dessert is ready to eat.

My Tip:

Drizzle some white chocolate on finished product to make it look attractive.
