ABOUT Multigrain Tortila Chips RECIPE

These tortillas are baked and made with minimal oil from a blend of more whole wheat flour than maize flour instead of the traditional tortillas made with maize flour and refined flour which are also deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour 1cup
  2. maize flour 1/2cup
  3. Olive oil 1Tbsp
  4. Dil leaves finely chopped 1tbsp
  5. Chillies finely chopped 1tsp
  6. Salt 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients like maize flour, wheat flour, salt,chillies, olives oil and dill leaves properly.
  2. Knead a smooth dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Now take 2 butter paper sheets and grease them with olive oil.
  4. Roll thin chapatis on butter paper sheets
  5. Cut these chapatis into triangular shapes.
  6. Preheat the oven for 5minutes on 140 degrees C and then bake these chips for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C
  7. Then use tongs to turn the chips over. Spray with a little olive oil, and bake for another 6 to 9 minutes, until they are just beginning to change color.
  8. Now low calorie chips are ready for your untimely craving.
