Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya bean chura 1 bowl soaked
  2. Capsicum 1 large
  3. Onion 1 chopped finely
  4. Garlic 2 clove minced
  5. Ginger 1/2 inch paste
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Oil 1 tsp
  8. Green chilli 1 chopped finely
  9. Coriander 1 tbs chopped finely
  10. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Brown bread 4 pieces

Instructions

  1. In a wok take a tsp oil and when warm add chopped onion and minced garlic and ginger and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add salt, coriander powder and chopped capsicum and cook it on slow flame for two minutes.
  3. Now add soaked soya chura, green chili and garam masala. Garnish it with coriander leaves
  4. Now stuff it between two slices and grill it in grilled or on griddle.
  5. And serve hot.
