Recipe Ingredients

  • 2-3 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1/2 inch piece -Ginger
  • 1tbspn - Honey
  • 3cups - Water

Recipe Preparation

  1. Take a pan pour water, add cinnamon sticks, ginger piece ( can grate too) and boil.
  2. Boil till water boil and remain only two cups
  3. Add honey and stir well.
  4. Strain and serve in serving cups .
My Tip: Honey is best in weight loss.
