Cinnamon Ginger Tea
- 2-3 sticks Cinnamon
- 1/2 inch piece -Ginger
- 1tbspn - Honey
- 3cups - Water
- Take a pan pour water, add cinnamon sticks, ginger piece ( can grate too) and boil.
- Boil till water boil and remain only two cups
- Add honey and stir well.
- Strain and serve in serving cups .
My Tip: Honey is best in weight loss.
