ABOUT Dates and Walnut Balls With Muesli RECIPE

Dates are rich in fibre, anti oxidants and a good source of Potassium that keeps blood pressure under control. Walnuts are rich in omega 3 fatty acids and arginine that keeps the heart's lining healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Dates chopped 1 cup
  2. Walnuts chopped 1/2 a cup
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 a tsp
  4. Muesli 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Combine all and shape into small or medium sized balls. All thanks to the sticky and sweet dates which help in binding everything so well.
  2. Store in the airtight container and consume these in 3 to 4 days.
  3. Make these in small quantities and serve them fresh to your family.

This sure must be tasty . You see , I kind of like and dislike walnuts . Bitterness is horrible to me but I luv the nuttiness it has . Now I think I can enjoy it's flavour with the dates . Amazing idea ! Plus it's healthy . Complete package
