Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ingredients for sprouts chila- 1 bowl sprouts
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1 tsp red chili powder
  4. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 spoon Besan
  7. 1 bowl Milk
  8. Ingredients for soyabean Matar Gajar- 1 bowl matar
  9. 2 gajar cuts into small pieces
  10. 1 bowl soyabean soaked and squeezed
  11. 1 tsp garam masala
  12. 1tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  14. Salt to taste
  15. 1 bowl Milk
  16. 1 tsp kasuri Methi
  17. 2 green chillies Chopped for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of chila and make fine paste and take non stick pan and make chila.
  2. Take kadhai put milk and heat it. Add gajar, matar, Soyabean and cook on low flame
  3. when milk reduces and veggies are cooked, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, saute it and cover the kadhai and on low flame cooked it for 2 mins. Add kasuri methi
  4. Serve chila with veggie
