Ingredients to make Sprouts Moong Chilla with Soyabean Gajar Matar

  • Ingredients for sprouts chila- 1 bowl sprouts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 spoon besan
  • 1 bowl Milk
  • Ingredients for soyabean matar Gajar- 1 bowl matar
  • 2 gajar cuts into small pieces
  • 1 bowl soyabean soaked and squeezed
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 bowl Milk
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 2 green chillies Chopped for garnishing

How to make Sprouts Moong Chilla with Soyabean Gajar Matar

  1. Mix all ingredients of chila and make fine paste and take non stick pan and make chila.
  2. Take kadhai put milk and heat it. Add gajar, matar, Soyabean and cook on low flame
  3. when milk reduces and veggies are cooked, add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Garam masala powder, saute it and cover the kadhai and on low flame cooked it for 2 mins. Add kasuri methi
  4. Serve chila with veggie
