Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Quinoa-1cup
  2. Water -2cups
  3. Mix veggies(carrot,peas,broccoli) chopped finely
  4. Green chilli-2
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Mustard seeds-1tsp
  7. Curry patta
  8. oil 1tbsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boiled water in a pan. Add quinoa and vegetables. Cover it with lid. Switch off the gas .
  2. Cover for 10-15 minutes. It will cook and absorb all water Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds
  3. When seeds splutter add curry patta green chilli. Add boiled quinoa and veggies.stir it. cover for 5minutes It is ready to eat
