Ingredients to make Veg Brown Rice

  • 1cup soaked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup Chopped vegetables
  • 1green capsicum
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 1/2 tsp oil
  • rock salt to taste
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • red chilli powder to taste

How to make Veg Brown Rice

  1. Take oil in a pressure cooker.
  2. Now add onions & tomatoes
  3. Saute a little and add all vegetables
  4. Add spices & salt
  5. Add 3 cups water & soaked brown rice
  6. Cook for four whistles
  7. Open the cooker & serve hot
