Now you don't have to drink your smoothies, you can eat them

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1cup Yogurt
  3. 1 tbsp coco powder
  4. 1/4 cup washed chopped spinach
  5. Coconut milk 1.5 cups
  6. Honey 2tbsp
  7. Pomegranate juice 1/2 cup
  8. Sabja 1 tbsp
  9. Saffron few strands
  10. Water melon puree 1/2 cup
  11. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  12. Ripe papaya chopped 1/2 cup
  13. ice cream sticks

Instructions

  1. Make smoothies from following - Banana yogurt coco powder, spinach yogurt, coconut milk with honey, saffron and coconut milk, watermelon, pomegranate with sabja soaked, orange juice, yogurt and honey, coconut milk and papaya. Keep your purees ready. All half cup each.
  2. Blend them smooth.
  3. Now take the popsicle cases. Put sabja and pomegranate juice, freeze.
  4. Now choose any colour in contrast and taste with pomegranate. I used coconut milk and honey. Pour it so that you have enough space for the rest. Keep the smoothies in the fridge for the ones you want to pour later.
  5. Pour the second layer and insert the ice cream stick. Freeze. Then keep on pouring layers and freezing. Unless you are satisfied with the height of the popsicle.
  6. Once frozen, just dip the case in a bowl of water. Pull and enjoy your popsicle.
