ABOUT Potato Rawa Fry RECIPE

A soft, munchy and delicious potato slices kissed with the goodness of Rawa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 potatoes medium size
  2. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  3. 1 Pinch turmeric
  4. salt as per taste
  5. 3 tbsp rawa

Instructions

  1. Take 2 potatoes. peel the skin off by using a scraper. Cut the potatoes into round slices. Make sure you cut the potato nor too thin nor too thick, just medium.
  2. Keep the slices of potatoes in the water by adding a pinch of salt.
  3. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the water completely and then add turmeric, salt, red Chilli powder. Mix well.
  5. In a plate take the rawa and dip the potato slices which is covered by the above ingredients.
  6. Heat the pan with oil and once the oil is hot, immerse one one potato slice at a time and fry.
  7. Make sure to keep the pan on slow flame.
  8. Once the potato slices are fried drain the oil from the potato by using tissue paper.
  9. Serve
