Ingredients to make Eggless Butterless Cup Cake

  • 1 and 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • For ganache:
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp Whipped cream

How to make Eggless Butterless Cup Cake

  1. In a large mixing bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl add water, oil, vanilla extract and vinegar and stir.
  3. Now add the above water solution into dry ingredients mixture and mix with the help of a spatula.
  4. Place the batter in the mold and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degree Centigrade for 20 minutes.
  5. For ganache:
  6. In a double boiler, melt chocolate and fresh cream and stir. keep aside.
  7. Remove the cupcakes from the oven when they are done and cool them.
  8. Once all cooled, take a piping bag and add whipped cream to it.
  9. And when ganache cooled and thicken fill in the piping bag make designs on the cupcakes.
