  • 1/4 Cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1 Cup Mashed strawberries
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 Cups thick curd
  • 2/3 Cup honey

How to make Mint Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

  1. Pour the yogurt into a muslin cloth and then drain it for 30 minutes just above the kitchen sink to collect the whey.
  2. Mix strawberries, hung curd, honey, chopped mint, lemon and lemon zest.
  3. Beat the mixture for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour this mixture into a container.
  5. Keep it in refrigerator for 12 hours.
  6. Scoop the mixture, put it on the plate and decorate it with frozen strawberries and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately.
