  • 1/2 cup of little millets from 24 Mantras Organic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cups of low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • for toppings-
  • 5 strawberries thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 10 dates chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon muesli
  • 1 tablespoon honey to drizzle on top

  1. Heat a heavy bottomed pan, dry roast the millets for about 3 minutes. Transfer to a blender and grind to a semi coarse form.

My Tip:

1) Adjust sweetneas according ro taste. I prefer less sweeter porridge. 2) Upon cooking if it gets thick add a more milk according to the consistency preferred. 3) You can use any fruit of your choice for topping. 4) You can cook the while millets after roasting, i prefer my millets coasely ground for that creamy consistency.
