Ingredients to make Tri-Coloured Salad with Protein packed Paneer

  • Broccoli - 200grams
  • mushrooms - 200grams
  • carrot - 1
  • paneer - 100grams
  • parsley - 2tbspn
  • Apple cider vinegar - 1tspn
  • pepper powder - according to taste
  • salt - according to taste

How to make Tri-Coloured Salad with Protein packed Paneer

  1. For the Paneer: In a non stick vessel take a spoon of olive oil. Keep the flame medium to low. Add little bit of turmeric powder, salt and chilly powder. Fry for few seconds till oil gets good colour. Add Paneer cubes and fry each side.
  2. For the Tri coloured Salad:
  3. Mushroom - Dice the mushrooms to halves and stir fry in a spoon of olive oil. Broccoli - Blanch the broccoli florets. Set aside. Carrot - Cut thin slices of carrot, set aside.
  4. Once mushrooms are fried add broccoli and carrot slices. Add little salt and pepper powder and stir fry on high flame. Transfer to serving dish. Drizzle a few drops of apple cider vinegar and garnish with finely chopped parsley leaves.
  5. Serve warm.
