Ingredients to make Banana Soy Milk Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 300 grams Soy milk
  • 1tspn lime juice
  • 3-4 drops Vanilla essence
  • 1 tspn Sugarfree (optional)

How to make Banana Soy Milk Smoothie

  1. Break up a banana into a bowl and squeeze lime onto it to prevent discolouring.
  2. Mash banana with a whisk.
  3. Whisk for 2-3 minutes to make banana into a paste.
  4. Add Soy milk and allow air bubbles so that it thickens faster upon whisking the smoothie.
  5. Add a few drops of vanilla essence.
