Mix beans sprouts & colocassia nuggets

Ingredients to make Mix beans sprouts & colocassia nuggets

  • 2 cups steamed Mix sprouts
  • 2 Cups steamed (skin removed) colocassia
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil

How to make Mix beans sprouts & colocassia nuggets

  1. Take mix beans sprouted depending on what you like.
  2. Here I takes all beans sprouted example mung, green peas, fenugreek, mataki, chickpea, lentils.
  3. Steam for 5 to 6 minutes.
  4. Colocassia steam for 5 minutes remove skin & smash.
  5. Now take a bowl add all sprouted beans, smashed colocassia and 1 cup oats, mix well.
  6. Add chopped garlic, ginger, coriander leaves, black pepper, salt to taste, green chillies, lemon juice.
  7. Make medium sized rolls.
  8. Take remaining oats in a dish, every single nugget coat well with oats and press properly.
  9. Heat pan add olive oil and shallow fry till light brown in colour.
  10. Serve hot .

My Tip:

Here I used colocassia which is very sticky thats why I did not use any binding agent...if you not able to make rolls you can add 1 tbsp corn starch or refined flour.
