Ingredients to make Greek salad

  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 onion
  • 1 Green Bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese(paneer) diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • salt according to taste
  • Black pepper according to taste

How to make Greek salad

  1. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper. Thinly slice the onions. Finely chop the mint leaves.
  2. In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, mint leaves, olives and cottage cheese
  3. For the salad dressing, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, black pepper and salt.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.

My Tip:

You can add additional veggies of your choice like yellow and red bell pepper, lettuce, parsley leaves. You can also add bit of feta cheese.
