Spinach cucumber tikkis

Ingredients to make Spinach cucumber tikkis

  • Finely chopped fresh spinach leaves - 1 cup
  • Grated cucumber - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • onion finely chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Rawa - 1/4 cup to give crispness
  • salt as per taste
  • haldi - 1/4 teaspoon
  • red chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh curd - 1/2 cup
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon for shallow fry
  • Pudhina chutney - pudhina, green chillies, water, salt, lemon juice - all to be grinded

How to make Spinach cucumber tikkis

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Make round flat tikkis and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add olive oil and shallow fry the tikkis.
  4. Enjoy the hot spinach cucumber tikkis with pudina chutney.

My Tip:

Onion is optional in pudhina chutney, you can add curd to give fresh flavours.
