Palak wadi ki sabzi

Ingredients to make Palak wadi ki sabzi

  • spinach 1/2kg
  • garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Wadis 6-8 fried in little oil.
  • oil 2 tsp for frying wadis +2 tbs for preparing veggie.
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 1/2tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Palak wadi ki sabzi

  1. Wash and chop spinach .
  2. Fry the wadis in 2 tsp oil till golden brown.
  3. In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds, add chopped garlic .
  4. Add all the spices and salt and chopped spinach.
  5. Cook spinach in slow flame, add wadis over it and again layer it with spinach, cook for about 15-20 minutes, till it is completely cooked.
