ABOUT Lime Coconut Microwave Mug Cake RECIPE

This cake is made with very simple ingredient’s .The coconut milk and lime zest blends perfectly and it gives an awesome taste, it calls for very simple ingredients easily available in your pantry.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 4 tbsp all purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tsp baking powder
  3. 2 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
  4. 4 tbsp full fat coconut milk
  5. 1/4 tsp lime zest
  6. Sprinkles or nuts of your choice for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients and coconut milk.
  2. Mix the batter until its nicely combined.
  3. Add in Lime zest and fold gently.
  4. Grease a microwave safe cup with cooking oil or butter and pour the prepared batter inside.
  5. Microwave for 1 min. Lime coconut mug cake is ready.
