  • 3 kinu
  • 1 small piece of ginger
  • 1cup pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 beetroot
  • Some leaves of mint
  • 2tbs honey
  • salt optional

  1. Wash and peel carrot, remove skin of kinu.
