Ingredients to make Detoxifying Lemon Ginger Drink

  • ginger 2 inch
  • water 1 lt

How to make Detoxifying Lemon Ginger Drink

  1. Wash and clean the ginger thoroughly. Then slice thinly without peeling or after peeling.
  2. Put those thin slices of ginger in a jug filled with water, cover and keep in the refrigerator overnight.
  3. Next morning take out of the refrigerator, heat until lukewarm.
  4. Pour into mason jars, squeeze juice of half of the lemon. Give a stir.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and drink warm / cool as desired throughout the day.

My Tip:

Prefer to drink a glass of warm lemon ginger detoxifying drink before breakfast. Ginger can be omitted. Squeeze the lemon juice just before drinking in order to get the most of its health benefits.
