Lasooni Beetroot

Ingredients to make Lasooni Beetroot

  • Beetroot 400 gms (grated)
  • tomato 1 (chopped)
  • garlic cloves 10-12 (grated)
  • Whole red chilly 1
  • green chillies 2-3 (as per taste)
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt as per taste

How to make Lasooni Beetroot

  1. Heal oil in a kadhai, add broken whole red chilly and garlic.
  2. Put in the chopped tomato and slit green chillies. You can add more green chillies depending on your taste.
  3. Once the tomato is little mushy, add in the grated beetroot, add salt and put on the lid.
  4. Let it cook for 10 more minutes.
  5. Serve hot with steamed rice or rotis!
