Ingredients to make Healthy tangy cranberry pineapple bars

  • butter 1/4 cup
  • Powdered jaggery 1/4 cup
  • honey 1½ tbsp
  • Oats 1/2 cup heaped
  • dessicated coconut 1tbsp
  • Whole wheat flour 1/4 cup
  • Baking powder 1/4tsp
  • Dried pineapple 30g
  • almonds 20g
  • Cranberries 30g
  • pumpkin seeds 10g
  • pineapple chocochips handful (optional)

How to make Healthy tangy cranberry pineapple bars

  1. In a bowl mix oats, whole wheat flour, baking powder and all the chopped dry fruits and nuts.
  2. In a pan mix butter, jaggery and honey.
  3. Heat this mixture till all the ingredients melt properly.
  4. Pour this mixture over dry ingredients.
  5. Pour this mixture in a lined baking tray.Press it well.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180deg for 20-25 min or till done.

My Tip:

You can increase or decrease the sweetness in your bars. You can remove the bars at 15min if you like them chewy or keep them longer for crispiness.
