Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bajra 1 cup
  2. Rice 1 tsp
  3. Chilkamoong dal 2 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Ghee 3 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Crush Bajra in mortal and pestle by adding little water repeat till well done . Next in a heavy bottom pan put 8 cups of water and boil, then add bajra .
  2. Simmer the gas keep stirring till the bajra is well cooked . Than add the rice and dal keep cooking till well cooked .It will take 3 hours for the whole process . Than add salt and ghee and serve hot with achaar, papad and curd.
