Beat with a hand till light & fluffy! to check the vada formation batter in a bowl of water It should float to some extent. Heat appe pan and spray with a little oil. Drop spoonfuls of daal batter in each hole. Cook till golden. Flip and cook on other side too. Ready to serve healthy oil free medu vada .
