Ingredients to make Baked medu.vada in appe pan

  • Urad daal 2 cup
  • 1/2 cup greated coconut
  • 2 tbs chopped min
  • 2 tbs chopped Green coriander
  • 1 tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • oil as per required

How to make Baked medu.vada in appe pan

  1. Soaked head dall 2 to 3 hours than Drain and grind black gram with very little water into a thick smooth paste.
  2. Don't add salt while grinding. You should add the salt just before frying or bake the vada. Mix roughly chop coriander ,mint , Ginger , green chilli, coconut, crushed peppercorns, salt and green chillies and mix well.
