Ingredients to make Honey glazed pineapple chicken

  • 2 chicken breast
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 5 ounces of chicken broth
  • 4 whole pineapple slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbs pepper
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 Cup water

How to make Honey glazed pineapple chicken

  1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, water, chicken broth, chicken cut up, honey, salt, pepper, paprika, dill, broken cinnamon stick and cut up pineapple pieces into a pot.
  2. Cook on low with open top. Stir occasionally.
  3. Cook the rice and keep it ready on a serving plate.
