Avocado is such a versatile fruit that can be used from salads to smoothies. make this easy and weight reducing salad which can be gorged on, even when dieting.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1Avocado
  2. 1Mango
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. Few mint leaves
  6. 1TBSP LIME JUICE
  7. 1tsp soya sauce
  8. 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  9. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Chop Avocado, Mango, tomato, onion and mint leaves
  2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
  3. Toss well.
  4. Salad is ready to eat
