Ingredients to make Strawberry Choco rolls

  • 1 loaf - White bread
  • 1 cup - Strawberries chopped
  • 1 bar - Chocolate chopped
  • 250 ml - Chocolate syrup

How to make Strawberry Choco rolls

  1. Put 2 slices of bread in the mixer and make bread crumbs of it. Take 1 slice of bread and cut its sides, flatten this slice by using a roller or belan. Repeat with the rest of the breads.
  2. Take a flattened slice of bread and pour some chocolate syrup, then put some strawberries and chocolate on it and roll the slice. Pin it up with a toothpick.
  3. Take a deep frying pan and heat some oil to deep fry these rolls. (Note that you can also use the microwave to cook this dish)
  4. Deep fry these rolls in batches. Once they turn golden brown in colour, strain them and place them on top of the the bread crumbs mixture.
  5. Before plating, remove the toothpicks from each roll and serve hot with fresh strawberries and chocolate syrup.
My Tip: The combination of fresh strawberry and chocolate gives a sweet and sour taste at the same time.
