Microwave Fish Fingers

Ingredients to make Microwave Fish Fingers

  • Basa fish fillets 350 grams
  • lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Crushed black pepper corns 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • English mustard 1 tsp
  • garlic cloves chopped 7-8
  • egg 1
  • all purpose flour ( maida ) 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs for coating

How to make Microwave Fish Fingers

  1. Cut the fish into fingers and marinate with lemon juice, 1 tsp of crushed pepper corns and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine mustard,garlic,egg,all purpose flour,salt and remaining crushed pepper corns in another bowl mix well ensuring that there are no lumps.Add fish fingers,mix well and rest for 30 minutes
  3. Coat these fingers in bread crumbs properly. Apply little oil on both the sides of the fingers and microwave them uncovered at hi for about 8 minutes.
  4. Remove on a serving plate and serve with your favorite dip or sauce.
